Quality guarantee: if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lavahpleasure.com and we'll replace it at no cost. For hygiene reasons, intimates and adult products are final sale.
Size & fit
Most pieces run true to size. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit or down for a snug, sculpted fit. Stretch fabrics give extra flexibility. Questions? Email hello@lavahpleasure.com — we answer fast.
Care
Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. No bleach, no tumble dry. Delicates last longest when they're treated like delicates.
