    We want you to feel confident in every purchase, and while we hope you love everything you order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we’ve got your back:

    📦 Failed Deliveries
    If your order doesn’t arrive due to a delivery failure, we’re happy to replace it — as long as the item is returned to us by the shipping carrier.

    Just a heads up: If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we unfortunately can’t resend the package. If we're able to recover it, a $9 restocking fee per item plus the original shipping cost will apply to resend.

    🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
    We stand by our quality. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

    • The item must be unused, with original tags attached

    • Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label

    • We’ll replace the item at no cost to you

    ❌ Order Cancellations
    Once your order is confirmed, it's locked in — we’re unable to cancel it.

    🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
    Due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene standards, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Underwear, lingerie, bodystockings, swimwear, adult toys, cosplay costumes, senses collection, bondage collection, and harnesses

    • Sale items and purchases made with discount codes may be exchanged only if faulty, but are not eligible for return

    🙅♀️ We’re Unable to Offer Refunds If:

    • Your package didn’t arrive due to factors outside our control (e.g. customs delays, natural disasters)

    • Your order was delivered but stolen from your address

    • The returned item is used, damaged by you, or missing original tags

    🔁 Subscription Policy

    By selecting the “Subscribe & Save” option at checkout, you are enrolling in a recurring monthly subscription to receive the selected product(s) automatically, at the discounted subscription price.

    Key Terms (Please Read Carefully):

    1. Clear Disclosure

      • The subscription option is shown on the product page, in the cart summary, during checkout, and in your order confirmation email.

      • By completing checkout with the subscription option selected, you expressly authorize Lavah Intimates to charge your chosen payment method for recurring monthly shipments until you cancel.

    2. Billing & Cancellation

      • Subscriptions are billed automatically each month on your renewal date.

      • You may cancel at any time before your renewal date through your account portal or by contacting our support team.

      • Once an order has been billed, processed, or entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

    3. Returns & Refunds

      • Due to hygiene standards, all lingerie items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

      • Failed deliveries returned by the carrier may be resent or credited per our Refund Policy.

      • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

    4. Customer Acknowledgment

      • By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you confirm you understand this is a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges, and you agree to the above terms.

      • You also acknowledge that subscription benefits include discounted pricing, exclusive member savings, and the ability to cancel at any time prior to your renewal.
